1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GoldenIris, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Golden Tech Solutions LLC.
2. Description of Service
GoldenIris is a content operating system that enables users to capture knowledge, generate AI-assisted content, manage review and approval workflows, and publish to connected platforms. The Service is provided by Golden Tech Solutions LLC (“Golden Tech,” “we,” “us”).
3. Account Registration and Responsibilities
You must register for an account to use GoldenIris. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate registration information
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Acceptable Use
Your use of GoldenIris is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
5. Intellectual Property
Golden Tech Solutions IP
The GoldenIris platform, including its software, design, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Golden Tech Solutions LLC. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the platform to you.
Your Content
You own all content you create using GoldenIris, including all captures, drafts, published content, voice profiles, ICP definitions, and AI-generated outputs produced through your use of the Service. By using the Service, you grant Golden Tech Solutions a limited license to process and store your content solely to provide the Service.
We do not claim ownership of your content. We do not use your content to train AI models.
6. AI Services Disclaimer
GoldenIris uses large language models (Claude, GPT-4o, Gemini, and others) to assist in content generation. AI-generated outputs:
- May contain inaccuracies, errors, or outdated information
- Should be reviewed by a human before publication
- Are the responsibility of the user to verify for accuracy and appropriateness
- Do not constitute professional, legal, medical, or financial advice
GoldenIris enforces a human review step before any content can be published. You acknowledge that you are responsible for all content published through the Service.
7. Payment and Subscription
Paid features of GoldenIris are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refund requests are handled case-by-case — contact [email protected].
8. Termination and Data Deletion
You may terminate your account at any time via Settings. Upon termination:
- Your access to the Service will cease immediately
- Your Data Encryption Key will be destroyed (crypto shredding)
- Your encrypted content will be permanently unrecoverable
- Export your data before terminating if you want a copy
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOLDEN TECH SOLUTIONS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Hampshire.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
