End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) governs your use of the GoldenIris software provided by Golden Tech Solutions LLC. By accessing or using GoldenIris, you agree to this EULA.

1. License Grant

Golden Tech Solutions LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use GoldenIris solely for your own content operations or, in the case of agencies, on behalf of clients within the permitted scope described in Section 3.

This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, or transfer access to the Service to any third party outside of the permitted agency use described below.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the GoldenIris software
Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the software or its underlying infrastructure
Use the Service to build a competing product or service
Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Service to unauthorized third parties
Use automated means to scrape, extract, or harvest data from the Service beyond normal use
Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Service

3. Agency Use

Marketing agencies, content agencies, and similar service providers may use GoldenIris on behalf of their clients, subject to the following:

Each client must have their own Brand within the platform, scoped to that client’s content and data
The agency is responsible for ensuring client content complies with our Acceptable Use Policy and these Terms
Client data is encrypted and isolated per-brand within the platform’s multi-brand architecture
The agency may not aggregate client data for any purpose other than providing services to those clients within GoldenIris

4. Updates and Modifications

Golden Tech Solutions may update, modify, or discontinue features of GoldenIris at any time. Updates may be applied automatically. We will provide reasonable notice of material feature removals.

5. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you violate any provision of this EULA, your Terms of Service, or our Acceptable Use Policy. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

GOLDENIRIS IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. GOLDEN TECH SOLUTIONS LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
