Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs how you may use GoldenIris. By using the Service, you agree to this AUP. It is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.

1. Permitted Use

GoldenIris is intended for lawful content operations including:

• Creating, managing, and publishing original content for marketing, thought leadership, and business communications
• Managing content on behalf of clients (agencies)
• AI-assisted content drafting, subject to the human review requirements described below
• Capturing and organizing brand knowledge for legitimate business purposes

2. Prohibited Content and Activities

You may not use GoldenIris to create, store, or publish content that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or abusive toward any individual or group
• Constitutes spam or unsolicited bulk communications
• Is intentionally deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading
• Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Exploits or harms minors in any way
• Violates any third-party platform’s terms of service when publishing through GoldenIris connectors

You may not use GoldenIris to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network
• Interfere with the Service or other users’ use of the Service
• Use automated methods to access the Service beyond normal usage
• Circumvent any security or access control measures

3. AI Use Guidelines

GoldenIris provides AI-assisted content generation to help you produce content more efficiently. When using AI features, you are responsible for:

• Reviewing all AI-generated content before it is published. GoldenIris enforces a human review step, but you are the final decision-maker.
• Verifying factual accuracy. AI models can produce inaccurate information. You are responsible for the accuracy of content you publish.
• Disclosing AI assistance where required by applicable law, platform policy, or professional standards.
• Not presenting AI-generated content as human-written in contexts where such deception is illegal or unethical.
• Not using AI generation to produce content that falls into any category prohibited in Section 2 above.

4. Agency Responsibilities

Marketing agencies and content agencies using GoldenIris on behalf of clients are responsible for:

• Ensuring all client content complies with this AUP
• Maintaining appropriate client consent for content created on their behalf
• Ensuring client brands and content are properly scoped within the platform’s multi-brand architecture
• Not commingling client data across brands for unauthorized purposes

5. Enforcement and Termination

Golden Tech Solutions LLC reserves the right to:

• Remove content that violates this AUP
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation
• Report illegal activity to appropriate authorities
